My New Year's Resolutions are to make those healthy choices and to remain consistent to them. I started this blog to keep track of my progress. I have restarted my activity on
SparkPeople and would like to thank all of the friends there that motivate and hang-in there for me.
I will also add read the Bible in a year plan to my dailies. I will be sharing some of those musings at Think Upon Dee's Things.
